36'ers

36'ers is for anyone wanting to decrease their sugar intake. I use it to hold myself accountable. I go the whole week without ANY sugar or bread/processed carbs. The I let myself go nuts in the 36 hours from midday Saturday to midnight Sunday. Strangely enough by the time the 36 hours comes around I can't eat too much sugar as it makes me feel sick. So it's a pretty good system.

For those who don't want to, but consistently break the 36.

What is 36'ers?

This may be helpful ......
I have encountered men and women who would like to consume less sugar. (This includes sugar in alcohol.) I am one of them. So I have begun allowing myself 36 hours a week of pure indulgence. Anything goes. For me it's the 36 hours from midday Saturday to midnight Sunday. I use this blog for the sake of accountability.
