36'ers is for anyone wanting to decrease their sugar intake. I use it to hold myself accountable. I go the whole week without ANY sugar or bread/processed carbs. The I let myself go nuts in the 36 hours from midday Saturday to midnight Sunday. Strangely enough by the time the 36 hours comes around I can't eat too much sugar as it makes me feel sick. So it's a pretty good system.
For those who don't want to, but consistently break the 36.

Pretty sure I sugar poisoned myself .... LOL. Maybe take it a bit easier next 36 hrs of indulgence. :)
